With us, you don't just live in one of our 5 private rooms, you are part of our like-minded flat-sharing community and can use the spacious, full furnished apartment (200 m2) with all his conveniences. The rent includes a lot of services.

Location: Untersiggenthal. Quiet, sunny situation. Within 200 meters: bus-stop, butcher, baker, bank, grocery store/post. Good public connections.

Large kitchen (16 m2) with professional kitchen equipment.
All-purpose room: washing machine, tumbler/dryer, freezer, 2nd refrigerator. Access to 2nd balcony with seating-area.
Big bathroom with bath/shower, toilet. 2nd smaller bathroom with shower, toilet.
All 5 private rooms are basic-furnished with: bed, mattress, mattress protector, wardrobe, work table with chair, dimmable room lighting with remote control, individual heating, slat blinds, precious wood parquet, power plugs, Wlan connection.
Rent per month up to 5 months or longer: 800.- to 890.- (up to room-size). Short rentals on request.
All-inclusive: water, electricity, heating, full equipment, waste-management, detergents, toilet paper, TV, Wlan, regular basic cleaning.
